Once you have logged in, the program's Main Menu will open with a row of clickable menu options at the top of the screen. Selecting any of these will open a second row of sub-menu items.
 
One of the first steps to setting up the software will be to create users. Each staff member (user) should have their own username and password.

Under Setup / Menus you will be able to customize each user's access to the software. Simply place a check mark in the boxes next to the menu items.

The Availability Board provides a graphical representation of each room's status. This gives the user the ability to quickly search for a specific room type by applying filters.
 
Creating Seasons to match your property's specific requirements is easy within Property Management Solutions. It's as simple as entering the name of each Season (High, Low, Holiday, etc) and assigning the appropriate range of dates. Once you've completed this step for the entire year, you're ready to move on to the price card creator.
 
Property Managment Solutions makes it easy to create custom rate cards. Start the process by naming the rate card you wish to create (rack, corporate, AAA, etc.) and selecting "Create Rate Card"
 
Once you've selected the rate card and the unit type for which you wish to set pricing, you can begin entering rates for each night of the week, weekly rates and charges for additional adults and children.
 
Your Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff can easily update the status of each unit on your property. Recurring maintenance items can be set up quickly and easily.
