We believe in keeping it simple:

If your rental property has less than 150 units - you pay 1% of your gross reservation receipts (not including taxes or other folio charges), billed monthly on stays that have been completed.

If your rental property has more than 150 units - call us.

One-time Set Up Fee: $295
No Monthly Minimum
Monthly Cap of $450 (you will never pay more then $450)
