Available units can be organized according to three different criteria (ie view, location, building, hottub, shared bath...what ever makes sense for your operation) of your own choosing.

Third-party billing can be set up in ways that are unique to each party: ie sundry items and taxes can be billed to the guest, or billed to the third party.

Actual rooms can be assigned during the reservation process, or you can reserve a type of room (ie Queen bed, water view) first and assign an actual room number upon check in.
